The above posting is a type of advert - so IGNORE.

It is so annoying that people use a forum for this kind of item.

Mavis.

Chris, sorry about the PM I sent to Admin. I somehow had the idea that Admin was a sort of wizard of oz character. Didn't realise it was you. Sorry to interrupt your holiday.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Togo_(dog)

Hope I'm allowed to post this link.

Christine's mother always talked about the wonderful Togo who delivered the diphtheria anti toxin across more than a thousand miles of Alaska to the stricken town of Nome and the family named one of their dogs after him and we, in turn, had a gorgeous brindle Dane whom we called Togo.

Toto, of course was just a little brown terrier but I thought you might like the story if you don't already know it.

Correction that should be Kilometres... still a long way, though!

Fantastic story, never heard it before but there are many very clever animals.

I think Toto was  Cairn terrier wasn't he?

Monty is a Bichon Frise but if I can be in the wizard of Oz then so can he!

Poetic license😉
